Courier Delivered to Watchman

My Client M/s Devasri Chemical Industries had booked a courier on 08.05.2009 from Franch Express Net Work Pvt Ltd (POD No. A92934753) on our Company Name M/s Passari Organics Pvt Ltd. at the address L46/2 the signatore for my courier is in front of L60. They had hand over the courier to the watchman without getting any seal or contact no. After whole day calling to their chennai kilpauk office they gave me the phone no of Anna Nagar office. I had called many times to that phone and they were stating that we will call you after 10 - 15 mins. but I have to ring them after that period. At 4:30 P.M. their delivery boy and office person came bringing the receipt copy where in front of my courier detail someone else courier signature is present and my courier was handed over to our premises watchman. Now after getting it when I told them that how can they deliver that to the Watchman then he replies first you ask your watchman before calling us which is not acceptable. Why we will book courier if it is handed over to watchman we can book ordinary mail. Kindly look into the matter so that other people don't get into the problem.
