Non Delivery of important Legal Documents and non co operation of the Company in providing feedback and status

Booked certain legal documents vide a franchise of this courier @ Arrumbakkam, Chennai on 18-10-08. The Consignment was booked to be delivered @ Porur which is within Chennai and hence the maxmimum delivery period was conveyed as one day and maximum in case of unforseen delay a max of two days. Since the same were important Legal document having importance of time, i had followed up with the company when the adressee intimated non delivery on the third day. Since then no response was given and I was asked to get in touch with their Porur office where again I was again redirected to another branch again at Porur. On contact this no again redirected me to another number and i finally kept calling between numbers. Finally today on 24 -10 -08 I had expressed my piece of mind at the Chennai office, the staff refused to co operate and finally agreed to give status report within an hour which again was a wait in vain. Followingly every two - three hours my follow up call followed which again were onlly fruitless answers to wait another half an hour for a reply call with status and this never came in for the entire day. My last call ended in 6 PM where i was intimated that the call cannot be attended by concered executive since they were busy in a meeting. My request for escalation numbers also were denied. The fate of my consignment is not known yet.. surely it is not delivered as per the addressee. The time sensitive legal documents are now beyond its time limit causing deep damage of my reputation including the mental torture and agoney i had to go through.
