BILLS NOT RECIVED FROM JANUARY ONWARDS

I have not recived detail bill from January onwards. I have heen using my Number 98726 35044 for last almost 5 years now, But i not reciving bills on time from lat 5 months, I have to call back Then i get the bill.

I have been calling up on toll free no. 121 & sending messages that i have not recived the bill, still i have not recived the bills for the month of jan & Feb till date.

I have recived one bill but that was also not having any details. I am paying the company for getting itemised billing, But till date i have not recived the detailed bills for the above said period. After calling & sending Sms's on 121, now a new problem has rised, For last 10 - 12 days, I am getting calls regullarly from TEl. No. 98720 64455 & 98720 64411. Every time a new person calls & is asking same set of questions & takes the address & promisses to despatch the bill, but till date i have not recived the bills. This is shere wast of my time.

I request you to kindly look into the matter & send me the itemised bills for the months of jan & feb.

An early solution to the problem will be apprieciated.
