Franklin Templeton-Flexi Cap Fund
Entry Load Charges

To save my entry load charges in Franklin Templeton - Felxi Cap Fund (Folio No.:15984626), i phoned their customer service center and they mailed me a letter dated 13rth March'2008 asking me PAN number of second holder before they stop deducting entry load charges. To this letter i went to their Franklin Templeton Investments, Himalaya House, KG Marg, Delhi office on 28th MArch'2008 and submitted PAN for second holder (First holder PAN they already had and its shown as verified in statements i receive), to which i got the acknowledgement as well.

They have not done anything till date and when i keep asking them, they keep telling me stories and then they finally asked me to send them a scanned copy of the letter i submitted, which i emailed them. And now they say they are checking with their branch office.

This has become too much of a hastle to save me my entry load on my SIPs and its been going on since March'2008.

Please let them know and get my entry load charges back to me as Units.
