Fraud DSK Consultancy Services( agency supplying domestic help)
Promise of providing a domestic help not fulfilled

I had hired DSK Consultancy Services (an agency supplying domestic maids) to provide me with a suitable maid at my residence around early May. Afterthe initial discussion, they immediately sent one of their staff (Ajay) to collect the Registration fees and Rs 1000/- was collected from me on the 12th May' 07 (Receipt No 7280) with the assurance that they will provide me with a maid within a week afterwhich they will collect their balance amount. However, till date (ie July' 08) they have not given me a single maid and whenever I call them they either disconnect the call or makes some excuses for their failure. They also keep changing their landline & cell nos for fear of being traced. Along with me, a few of my friends had also hired them and paid them for their services but the story remains the same everywhere.

The agency makes tall claims but in reality is a fraud organisation and minting money from consumers by fooling them. I had asked for a refund from one of their staff (Mukesh) and till date nothing has happened.

I have, therefore no other option but to bring it to the Consumer Forum so that I get back my money and also that other working women are not taken for a ride by so called agencies.

Expecting the forum to take some positive action.
