Dear sir,

My self Deepak Srivastava working in pantaloon Retail India Ltd. as a senior project executive. I baught mutual fund policiy (ULIP) freedom plan (Policy No-01189871) from your bank ING VYSYA. it has been processed through Mr. Idrees Ahmed and Mr. Ashutosh Dwivedi (yours agent). They did not communicated full story about the policy and misguided me. Before purchasing this policy, they said they will charge only 4 to 5% towards allocation charge. On the basis of their trust i purchased this policy. Normally i do not stay in the hometown, because of my job schedule. when last month returned to my home, i was shocked when I saw the bond of the policy. I had given 25000/- cheque during purchase of policy. They deducted 45% for allocation charge from my premium. Your agent is not even picking the phone. Its totally fraud done with me. so i request you please return my entire amount and take back your policy or reduce the allocation charge to 4 to 5%. If it has not sorted out within 7 days I will go to IRDA.
