Freedom Credit Carad
My card is not being renewed

I am a freedom credit card holder of ABN Amro card, which expired on 30th of Oct for the renewal of the same i had put in a request in advance ie on 12th of Oct itself. On 3rd of Nov I received a mail saying that the card has gone back to the bank as not delivered, there was an issue over my new address, it got corrected, and my new address was confirmed, and i have received my Bill statement on my new address, so there is no issue left with regard to address. I have checked with the bank several times why my card has not been delivered, they have no concrete answer, every time I get an assurance that the card will be delivered in 2-3 days but as of now i am without the credit card. I have spoken to Mr. Rakesh kumar Singh - complaint id is 00164124907, then i have spoken with Amrit the complaint id is - 00164124907, then I spoke to their manager Ms. Sharen, but of no use, I am so fed up i dont know what to do and how to get my card. These people are so shameless, dont care about their customers.
