This is to inform you that i having a health wise policy from Reliance health Insurance on behalf of credit card of ABM AMBRO, as per information given by the credit card department to me that it is reliance health policy which was given by Reliance Health insurance and premium will be around 11200 something which was converted into EMI of Rs. 484 and it will be paid by the bank itself that why I agreed to take a health policy other wise i dont required any health policy, as by bank committement that premium will paid by bank but they are charging from our credit card so pls cancel my policy and pls confirm me as soon as possible.

There is one more problem that u have issued me one more same Health policy but i dont know to whom concern you have issued me a policy so pls cancel my another health policy and policy no.:- 07332011075

So please cancel all my Health policy and please waive off my entire due amount on my credit card so I can get better facility from your hand in future.
