Delay on delivery & collacting extra amount per refil

Dear sir,

i am Atul Kumar Jain, live in gulab watika Loni Ghaziabad, Our delivery man Mr. Kuldeep collect the extra amount on per reffil he give the slip of Rs. 331.65 and collecting the Sum Rs 335. if we are not give this, he force us to cancellation of Cylender booking, and when we complaining on the agency, he said that give the amount which he demand.

other one case is that, in the past time booking of cylender refil is to be held after 23 days of previous booking and refil was served after next day or hardly to days if situation was against.

but this time the cylender is book after 23 days of delivery not booking and delivery is to be held 10 to 15 after the booking so the time duration between the prociture is 33 to 37 days

other one case is that the cylinder is less weight to its net weight of gas gas is to be reduce 1Kg to 2.5 KG per cylender refil

so sir please short out our problem, this complain is only me but also the all colony problem
