Sub: Claim of free gifts against the (Sweep Taker’s order No.) Unique Number: 79631502A080187630

Ref: Invoice No. ORAO80187630 Order No OGA080150722 dt. 31st Oct ’08; Login Web ID: 1796315;

With response to your “Sweep taker’s advertisement’, I foolishly ordered and lost my mental peace in following up for the delivery of goods. Some how, I received them finally on 5th Dec ’08 with out the free gifts. You have advised us to claim free gifts separately and gave a lengthy procedure for which I have to waste my time and energy. This is nothing but fooling the customers. It is not proper on a Company like you.

Please arrange the free gifts as per your offer ie., (a) Rebock Bag; (b) Holiday Voucher for 3 nights and 2 days immediately without further delay and reminder. If I don’t receive the same within a week days, I am approaching the local Consumer Forum Claiming for the loss of mental peace. Please act accordingly. I don’t have any more patience to demand from you.
