I did not receive the Free Lotto Sweepstakes (Reg. No. U971133B) winning cheque and documents package up till now. PLease note I have paid COT Fees: Rs. 41, 060/- INR (500/-GBP) on 11th Sept'08.

Now Mr. James Becker wants me to pay first 8, 500/-GBP for inland revenue and anti terrorism tax before transfer of funds to my account Or pay 1, 320/- GBP for delivery agent to deliver cash to me at my door step.

Please advise me, how to claim my winning parcel or get back my money.

The consumer should have right atleast to claim the money back.
