Provident Fund amount not yet released

My company applied for my Provident Fund amount on my behalf to EPF office on 24th Nov'08. But i haven't received my amount till today 05-Feb.

If i am writing to wrong form, please let me know who can help me out and whats the process to get my money in quick time.
