Freshgold Guava Nector
Non-attending of Spurious Drinks complaint

I purchased two packs of Freshgold Nector (Batch No. 02 16:08; Mfd 07/11/08; Best before 06/09/09) from Big Bazaar, Netaji Subash Place (Wazirpur) Metro Railway Station vide Cash Memo No. T52 on 14/12 along with other items at a cost of 1671=00.

Around 10 days back when we opened the sealed pack, we found some dirty stinking thick liquid inside. I got sick upon sipping few sips of it. My wife immediately informed the Big Bazaar outlet (on 9th instant) and showed the container to the owner of the outlet. They offered to replace it alongwith some gift hamper. She rightly refused. The owner spoke to some Executive-Customer Care of Priyagold and assured her that the complaint of Spurious contents of the Nector has been lodged and somone will call us. As nobody has turned up till date I am now forced to lodge this complaint as a victim.

I am astonished that their 'Customer Care' does not bother to atleast call us. I am planning to take up this matter with appropriate authorities as the company has no right to play with the health of your customers!!!
