Charge old price instead of new offer price

I am resident of Ambala City and used to be regular shoping at reliance store (Manav Chowk Ambala City). I would share my bad experience at this store.

i) over charging form offer price.

ii) offer mention on product are not communicate on billing counter casheir charged old price form customer.

iii) Miss behave by staff

iv) Store staff always buzy in goship with their friends and they are not communicate the offer to customer properly after any confution that are total refused their fault.

v) On billing counter Casheir not giving the complete bal. of coutomer they are always keep the change with them one rupee or two rupee coin. This is very bad with the name of "Reliance" group becuz Pepole Beleve on Reliance Group.
