Fresh passport
New passport applied on 7th February and Police verification completed on 22nd June but till date passport not issued

I am a resident of Hyderabad and I had applied for a new passport on 7th February under file no. A011794.The police verification was completed on 22nd June but till date the passport has not been issued. I had sent several emails to your office too but in vain. I am an aged person of 56 years of age. My daughter is staying at London U.K. and I am required by her at London with my wife but due to non receipt of the passport, I am in a fix and can not proceed further.

Please look into the matter and arrange to send the passport immediately.
