Dear sir/madam

i purchased fridge of Whirlpool (double door) model no.8112, seriol no. is INA044108602 on the date 03.04.05 FROM THE DEALER IN GURGAON (SAMRAT ELECTRONICS.

i am facing the problem of No cooling, against this i registered the complaint on date 19.04.09 at helpline no.-01141666333 the complaint no. is HR0409005855, 641.

TILL TIME NO ONE ATTEND THE COMPLAINT I HAVE CALLED MORE THAN 06 TIMES AT YOUR HELPLINE NO.

EVEN I CONTACTED AT YOUR GURGAON NO. BUT TILL NOW NO RESPONSE.

I AM VERY MUCH DISAPONTED FROM THE RESPONSE OF WHIRPOOL.

I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS IN CONSUMER FORUM ALSO.

dear sir /madam

within a week again my fridge is not cooling even after compressor change,

i paid Rs1560 to the service engineer/whirlpool but still its not working.

i again requested to whirpool customer care (ref.no. is HR 0409009446).

i am totally dissatisfied from the performance/quality of Whirlpool and am worried too that what will happen when its warranty period will be over because i already wasted Rs 1560 on this last week and i dont know how much i have to pay more now.

please arrange some senior qualified engineer to look into the matter to solve the problem permanently.
