Non-availablity of fridge lock

Dear Sir,

I have purchase a whirlpool fridge (genius model). The model number is: 11196 and the serial Number is: INC081826829. I had sent a complaint via FAX on 22 June for replacing the lock, company persons were visited the place without lock and return for saying my kids that “say your father that whirlpool company persons were come”. This sentence is not a solution of my problem.

You are requested that kindly either send me a fax/e-mail (I need in written) by which date my fridge lock will fit in the fridge or the Whirlpool Company have no lock of this model.

An early response is highly appreciated (I am waiting from 2 months approx.).
