Egading gas cylinde

The last gas cylinder delivery was given to me on dated 8/03. but after that they booked my cylinder 29/03. but till date they did not given me gas cylinder . when i inquire about the cylinder they told me that, still it will take 10 days more. I want to know that after that how many days they have to supply gas cylinder to customers . please help us and oblige
