Cheating by your nokia service centre

Dear Sir

I am residing at Delhi (INDIA) in Ashok Vihar. One of your service centre which is in Ashok Vihar Area they peoples are cheating /stolen / taking out the part from mobile phone which they received for repairing - the details complaint are :-

a. I have given my mobile N 81 from repairing for slide - it is sure that they had took some genuine part from my mobile as couple of days later to above given another Nokia phone for repair they took-out the memory card which we came to know later then 2 days before given another Nokia phone for repairing - during the checking time they took out the geniun display and put another display. due to huge amount asking for repairing I checked with another shop in front of me - he told us that they have changed your display - again we went over there and shouted on them - they accepted that it happened - please let us know what should we do. to day they have not given any bill but money they took it from us - it means they are robber / theif - please comments.
