they wants the delivery fee to me before delivery & when i ignore the payment before delivery... he sent me a return letter of winning prize due to not make the fee ealier

Kindly tell me how can i belief this company authenticity he wants the delivery charges is 470£ GBP whose valued in indian currency 40420/-Rs
