Is the email a fake

Few days before i got the following email -

Reply-to: ukclaims_onlineofficer06@yahoo.co.uk

To:

We are pleased to inform you that your email address just emerged

winner of Uk Microsoft Promotion Award Team in uk lottery which won you

£1, 000, 000, 00 (One million Great British Pounds). To file your

claims, kindly contact our agent.

when replied they said they had send the cheque to the frontier forwarding service company. When i asked this company to send the courier they asked me to pay an amount of 400 pounds.

when i asked to give the proof of their reality they send me a photograph of the courier package and my winning certificate.

What to do?

they gave me the following account no.
