Frontline builders and Developers
This is the real feedback from one of our company associates

They are not at all reliable, I am one of the victims and know of more than a dozen victims. Please avoid them if you want to buy flat at cheaper price than what they quote and for a reliable transaction. These people are only agents but not builders or developers. They take advance money from you but don't inform the concerned builder that they have a customer. They will infact wait for some customer who is ready to buy at higher price. At last they will refund only part amount to you and use words like "Whatever you want to do, you can do". I think this much feedback is enough for you to take decision.

Any feedbacks on frontline builders?

Have seen few advertisements from these builders offerring flats at 2000 - 2500 per sq feet rate. How reliable are these people?
