D, sir with a great regret i'm informing you Your reliance network customer care service never attend any call not a single day they never receive our call.

if i call 9832098320 most of the time computerized voice "this route is busy " and if sometimes by luck (if you are really fortunate/lucky enough) you may connect the number In the Name of Customer care service…. the same method with monotonous talk pres 1 (prepaid) press 2 for (Post paid) then following their step by step one after another method / rule whatever else And the finally that moment come with a so polite voice (for contract our customer care executive officer it'll be payable… call charge) ok. then finally you press 4 or sometimes 198 as per their option ... “The Line will be Transfer Our Customer executive Officer” ... then ring on and on and on with a little break “Your Call is very important to us please hold the line our customer care executive meet with you shortly” ... ufsssssssssssssss... and one an a half hour already passing you are sitting with your phone as a stone ….. And now I’m being psycho people think I’m talking with no one.

Now just tell me is it my fault that I prefer your net work service in spite of all other net work connection will be available . yes I’m telling from Jalpaiguri (735101) from West Bengal with a lots of disgusting experience which makes any body's life in hell.
