Employer not ready to clear my PF

Dear Sir
My PF no. is MH/32962/0806, i had been with frontline electronics from feb-06 to feb07, when i appaled for PF the employer is refusing to sign the PF form & till date i am waiting for my PF amount.
there is another two employees also, whos PF is not given by this employer, I have submitted written hard copy of complaint letter to Pune PF office directly to the Asst. commissioner, but he also did not entertain our complaints.
Hope to get positive feedback from you, hope at least you can be able to get our PF amount.
