Illing problem

Respected Sir

My name is sourindra nath phukan. I have a froton device number is 935740198. Last month I mean 24th april`2012 already I pay my bill an amount of Rs 1189.00 through net banking. But from that day my froton is not working at all and from your side the connectiion is closed. Already I sent two message to you agianst complain number is 492873 and 492815. Still date my froton is not working. I am very surprised why you are doing like that after payment and what I will do and where I will go for my problem. How can I pay my next bill. I am very surprised no respond from your side till date. I am waiting for your reply and retifying my problem.
