I have received Nakamichi Tecno Pvt Ltd, fujezone touch screen dual sim gsm mobile phone vide orderno.701832476 dated 26.10.09.After inserting my sim i am unable to dial nos.call is ending after dialing. I contacted home shop18 helpline who advised me to contact the manufacturer nakamichi who told me to return the same by tnt for replacement. Again communicated the same to home shop who advised me to return the same for replacement. What guarentee is there that i will receive a perfect one. If the homeshop18 has no confidence on the product why the customer are harassed after paying cash.why at all the sets are not tested before dispatching. If you cannot ensure the quality of products then please return my money. Now i have to pay for the courier charges to return the same for replacement or return my money.
