Full automatic Washing Machine
Not working

I had compained about the washing machine not working at the customer care centre in Gurgaon (Ph. 30308282) on 8th Sept'08 morning. The complaint # 8403858456 was registered.

The service executive promised service within the same day but did not turn up.

We have agin called up twice in the morning to which commitment to come by 1 pm on 9th sept was made by exec (Pankaj).

However, no body has turned up till 5 pm now.

I fail to understand why samsung service gives the false commitments and talks about their 24 hrs service challenge scheme.

I am still unsure till when the service will be done and m/c restored to working.

I repent having taken a Samsung product after a long experience of using LG products (turned up within 4 hrs of compalint in my refrigerator)

Can somebody help in this
