Everend sir/ma'am,

i would like to acknowledge you with the fact that i have been receiving constant messages over my cell phone from the past 6 months for a loan repayment which i never took.

there are no contact details and we have also stated before to your spokesperson that, 'we have not taken any sort of loan from your company and we own this contact number from the month of January.' i don't know to whom this number previously belonged to but your constant messages and calls every month are a case of harassment for me.

please look into the matter and provide with a solid solution for the above stated matter.
