I have a bad experience with Fullerton India credit company. The service is very bad. Also their employees are very rude. The business standards of Fullerton India credit company are extremely low.

Their loan agent went to the extent of calling one of the most affluent areas in Pune, as a slum area.

They promise the consumers Spot Loan approval for two wheelers but make them wait for a week and don't bother to keep the consumer updated on the approval, non-approval status. I could not get the bike on time because of them. If they had conveyed the loan status on time I could have arranged for alternate means of finance.
