Refund of 2138.00 Rs Extra EMI has taken after completion of loan amount

Hi,

these is to inform you that i have taken loan for CD- Delex bike (Hero honda) in Aug (14 Aug).

My loan account no is : 032920200000450

and i have properly paid my all emi on date without missing.

after completion of 9 months i have cleared my all outstanding amount on 26th June in vallabhvidhyanagar branch and the details are

Receipt no is : 661646 dated :26th June.

payment amount is : 18532.0 Rs with including all tax. after these bank has taken one extra EMI of 5th Jul and the amount is 2138.0RS

For these i have given many complaints to the vallabhvidhyanagar branch and also given to the customer care but still i have not get refund of my extra Emi amount.

ihave given all doc which proof that bank has taken extra emi but still i have not got my 2138 Rs

and also i have given complaint in cutsomer care but still problem Is not solve

so please help me in these.
