Rude Staff, False Promises, arm twisting techniques

I had a loan of Rs. 50000 that was going on with Fullerton from Gurgaon branch Sector 15, Gurgaon (Near MDLR Airlines). I received a call for top-up for which i submitted papers etc..it was passed and I was called to the branch to discuss.

On entering the branch, i was surprised to see how unprofessional, rude and relaxed the staff was. They have no concern that customer is sitting and the kind of language being used will put even a rickshawalla to shame. No details were shared, the scheme knowledge is not there and i was being pressurized to take top-up... when i asked how much do i need to pay for fore-closure, they became all the more rude and made me wait for 45 minutes and finally when they told me the amount (close to 35000), i was told that i cannot get a receipt bcos the person who has the keys is not if office!

when i started my loan, i was told that foreclosure would be easy and i will have to pay less-- its all a bunch of lies..i am sure the cheque i have given is of extra amount….Fullerton India Credit is a company of goons and I would request readers to stay away from these cheats
