Fully automatic Washig Machine

I am using LG fully automatic Washing Machine since last six-seven years, whereby 2-3 times service attention was required. Recently I logged a complaint one & a half month ago, where your service engineer visited & did some job reporting that now machine will have no problem & work properly. Actually after that only immidiately on the next day some part broke-down, as per our knowledge due to unproper fitting of the inner tub. Again we logged complaint & got changed damaged part by paying Rs. 2600/-. Again after 2-3 days we found the similar problem for which we intially asked for. Then again your service engineer visited & informed that one another part has to be changed & will come with the part within 2-3 days. After 8-10 days we contacted customer care & asked for some response regarding spare part. But we did not. Then we somehow got phone number of service station & asked about the progress where they informed that this part will take further 4-5 days. Now again after 8-10 days we are trying to contact service people but we are getting no response on their phone number. During this period & ever today we spoke with your customer care executive who are giving us the same answer that spare part will take some time. THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE. WE WANT TO ASK YOU ACTUALLY WHAT PART IS REQUIRED? & HOW MUCH DAYS OR MONTHS WILL IT TAKE? LG COMPANY IS NOT HAVING SUCH SPARES AVAILABLE EX-STOCK? BECAUSE COMMUNICATION OR TRANSPORTATION IS NOT A BIG ISSUE NOW A DAYS THEN WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? A LINE OF REPLY IS ANTICIPATED BEING SUCH A BIG COMPANY!
