Noise and erosion of drum

The lunar luck has forced me to buy a washing machine from godrej. From the day two it started making noise and the drum inside is eroding and falling into peices. The un friendly customer care people tried to avoid with many execuses. After a big argument with one Mr Debasish from service departement they collected my washing machine.
