Dear sir/Madam

I purchases a washing machine (wa85vanec/xtl, fully automatic washing machine 6.5 kg) blow one and half month, but your demo engineer is not contract to me I call also your customer care 3-4 days but they told me contract to demo department they gave me engineers number but those number are not Wright they are wrong (0120-4085441-3). Service complain no. 8410563079

So plz take a action against it as soon as possible.
