Fultron Bank

Hello,

I had applied for personal loan in fultron bank. They called me for personal loan and also they picked my all document. Verifivation was also ok that time. But they disclined my loan. They gave me reason for that "Poor Banking, means my account must have 3000-4000 always". I have a salary account. They didnot include this type of criteria in his website, and also they should check first. Why they call me and waste my time if I m not eligible for that?

Please rectify my problem.
