Transfering funds inter bank and intra bank

Sir, i am having an account with ur villivakkam branch chennai for over 7 yrs and now desire to transfer funds on line to my children having accounts in the same branch. i am also in need of the transfer facility to outside chennai also ie intra bank. ur bank told me to go to add biller menu wherefrom i cound not effect any transfer pf fimds since the menu is all about payment of billsto other companies or utility services. how can i effect interbank and intra bank funds transfer k krishnamurthy
