No coupon reimbursement

I called the company's customer representative mobile number as printed on the packet for free gift reimbursement for the coupon points collected by my son buying fun flips packets of cheese crackers (Rs. 5 each) from a general store. The customer rep guy gave me another number to call. I lost Rs. 7 in making the call through STD but didnt get any compensation. The dept store where the packets are purchased refuses too to give back anything in exchange of coupon points as told by the customer representative of fun flips.

The company fun flips seems to be just interested in having an attractive marketing scheme on false free gifts claims through coupon points. This is a clear case of cheating by making fool of the kids who are its consumers.
