Your Frauds leads to my harrasement

This is regarding the online Booking of movie ticket along with combopack of colddrink and popcorns in Funcinema at Ambala city location. I have paid Rs 430 through my credit card for 2 Gold ticket and 1 Tub combo pack. Funcinemas provide me ticket at box office. but in the interval i was waiting for Combopack to be delivered at my seat, but no body comes over there so after long wait when i ask service boy for my prebooked combo pack he returned back and said their is no booking of combopack. then i missed my movie and met to manager over there and show him all the detail of my booked. even i told him that i have comfirmatory mail and SMS with me. The manager straight forward denied me that we have no information regarding that booking. i feel mentally harrased and i felt insulted in front of many peoples.

my Booking ID was 61714 and order no was 1413487 and date was 27 oct and show was of De DANA DAN at 5.50 PM.
