Poor quality of stitiching / ironing of curtains & hopeless service

I bought curtains for my entire house at G-12, Sector - 41, Noida, from your Home Town outlet in Great India Place, Noida, and gave to them for stitiching also.

1. First of all the delivery was made a day later than promised.

2. The curtains have been delivered without the tie-belts attached which I was told were under stitching and were promised to be delivered in a day but I have yet to get these.

3. The person also told me that these will be delivered loose and are to be kept separately and used when required. I have not come across this type of arrangement in any curtains.

4. When the curtains were finally installed the stitcihing and the ironing has been found to be hopeless. For expensive curtains it is the ultimate stitiching and ironing / creasing that only makes it worth the expenditure whereass these curtains in my house look like having been stitiched by a roadside tailor and are certainly not worth the name of Home Town. When it was pointed out to the person (Mr. Dalbir) who came for installing, he agreed to the poor quality but commented that such things do happen. He even informed someone in the stitching department to come and have a look but no one has so far visited and seen.

I feel the least Home Town can do is to have these ironed and creased propoerly and the tie-belts to be delivered and attached to all the curtains.

I am totally dis-satisfied at the poor quality and inadequate service delivered to me by your organization and request your immediate attention in the matter.
