Nondelivery of sofa set despite remainders

I have purchased a furniture set from big bazaar, but despite all email and tele complaints no one has bothered to inform me if i will ever get my furniture set. I made full payment in advance, now i am presuming that my money as stolen and they are least bothered if we tell that we will take the case with consumer court. After repeated phone calls, someone calls and tells some date, it is more than an month, no sign of furniture. Absolutely hopeless and inefficient staff.
