MIRROR CRACK OF DRESSING TABLE

I have purchased one Dressing Table from Furniture Bazaar at Kharghar, Navi-Mumbai on 02.05.2009 (vide challan No. 2034000653). In the last week of June one fine morning we found the mirror of the said furniture was cracked totally. On complaint, they have sent one inspector on the last week of July to my residence and he had reported that this was happened due to their manufacturing defect. After that I have repeatedly followed up and everytime the officials of Furniture Bazaar had assured me that they have lodged the complaint to their higher authority and very soon the furniture shall be replaced. But unfortunately till date there is no initiative observed from their end. Under such circumstances, I am presuming that my money is totally forfitted.
