Poor Quality of Mattresses

Purchased a Slider bed along with two mattresses from company outlet at Jaipur on 17 th apr 08 (Furniture bazaar crystal court shop no 225 tel: 0141-4022477. Complaint regarding the mattress was brought in notice. Inspite of repeated reminders the compant didnt even care to resolve the issue. Pl find appended below the compalint number .10 / 33.
