Not delivered in time and poor response from the concerned person

We booked for a Study table combo offer (of study table, Book shelf and chair) and a shoe rack total cost of Rs. 8998.00 paid thro' citibank debit card (my wife's) on the same day.i.e on 10th jan.(delivery challan No. 1998)

The person incharge Mr. Pradeep promised us to deliver within a weeks time. Every time I call the response is very poor or does not pick the call. They keep giving the nos of different people every time and each one says the product will be delivered in next two days, till today i.e. 22nd of jan.

Can somebody help us in solving the above problem...
