Highly unreliable delivery by Furniture House

Hi:

There is a Cane & wood furniture shop named "Furniture House" at lakdi ka pool, hyderabad. When we went to the shop first time, the shop delivered our assignment very late. Thinking that was just coincidence, we went again second time to order something, and this time again, that fellow is not delivering our furniture. We have called 100 times and went to the shop also. The problem is that we have given full amount in adv. Please suggest us what to do in such a case. Also, we want to tell everyone on this forum that PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SHOP FOR ANY PURCHASE.
