Poor Quality of Sofa & Dinning Table Chairs

I had booked Sofa & Dinning Table recently (Aug) in Furniture Mall. When Sofa was delivered it was found that workmanship was very poor. They have used patches wherever covering clothe was short. Also leg fitting was not strong enough. At many places screws came out by it own. In case dinning table with chairs. It was assembled set. So person from this shop came & assembled the items but it was assembled in very poor way & whole structure (especially) chairs are very weak in terms of stability. During assembly one of chairs cushion's wooden base was also damaged. Which we noticed & person from this shop are not giving enough attention to these problems.
