L SHAPE SOFA INFESTED WITH TERMITES

Had booked a sofa with furniture mall in thane during their exibition at Thane in January sofa was delivered in May. recently the sofa has been leaking of a light brown (cream color) powder below the surface floor. this powder is visible as termite infested wood being used by the manufacturer and has threatened the safety of my house and the other furniture. call made to the manufacturer has not resulted in any survey nor addressal of this issue. ctc person Mr. Sameer 9867890493 @ furniture mall - thane can somebody pls help me in this matter?
