Exchange Another Phone

My self Indra kr Singha. I had purchased one NOKIA PHONE on 25.03.2010 from FUTURE AXIOM (Raghulila mall) at vashi New Mumbai. That time seal was broken, they told me any problem we will take care. Now the Phone SCREEN GURED KEY is not working & frequently hung. I have co-ordinate with sales men for the same but nothing responds. I especially request to you kindly help & replace to another phone.
