Refund of IPO money

Respectfully, it is submitted that I had been applied for 56 share for Future Capital Holding Ltd. for Rs. 42, 840/- through cheque No. 124664 of PNB, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi on 11.01.2008 vide application No. 3 4382558. But, neither I have allotted any share nor received my money refund back till date.
