Future Capital Holding Ltd
NOT RECEIVED IPO REFUND AFTER SIX MONTH

I had applied for 32 shares of Future Capital Holding Limited under the IPO vide application form No 34575085 and had paid the application money amounting to Rs 24, 480/-vide ch. no 165327 of Axis Bank Ltd. sanjay place, agradt 16.01.2008.

As per Intime Spectrum's web site no shares were allotted against my application. However till date i have not received the refund of application money. I have written many mails to registrar, company sebi, investor complaint, pehredar, and Ms. malini shetty (staff of company registrar) them but there is no response from their side. They dont even respond on the phone numbers mentioned on their web site.

But Ms. Malini Shetty send a reply to me that your refund order no. 1434759 of ICICI Bank Rs. 24480.00 was dispatched on 30.01.2008 by speed post EM 008627595 to your address given beloe as per your demate a/c C O R K GUPTA 102 YAMNOTRI KARMYOGI ENCLAVE, AGRA.

When my address is Mr. Madhur Agarwal 9, Lohiya Nagar Balkeshwer Road, Agra as per clint Master of UTI Securities Ltd.my address has never been changed in my life so how can it possible that i send ipo ch. of my name and registrar sending refund to another name and address

I have also put many complaint with SEBI on their web site but they have also not responded
