statement for 16 June to 15 Jully&--one Dr entry for Rs. 1550/- dt. 19/06 for insurance without my consent not acceptable to me. No payment will be made fot that.

statements are not delivered to me on given address in time and latepaymentcharges are levied, it is also found that payments are not credited to my account.
